Q: What shipping options does Zander's Pods offer?
A: Zander's Pods offers 1-3 day shipping options. For orders over $75, UPS 2 Day shipping is required, while orders over $125 must be shipped overnight.
Q: Is live arrival guaranteed for all orders?
A: Live arrival is guaranteed only on 1-3 day shipping options.
Q: Does Zander's Pods ship in extreme temperatures?
A: Zander's Pods does not ship when the delivery location is greater than 85°F or under 40°F. Live arrival is not guaranteed on USPS Ground Advantage.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We understand the importance of receiving your orders as soon as possible. That's why we work hard to ensure that all orders are shipped out as quickly as we can. Our standard shipping timeline is from Monday to Wednesday, following the placement of your order. However, we do ask that you refer to our shipping policy for more detailed information.
