Shipping Policy
When it comes to shipping orders, it's important to consider the value of your shipment and the type of shipping service you choose. If you're using USPS Ground Advantage, it's important to note that there is no live arrival guarantee. This means that if your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, USPS will not be responsible for any compensation or refund.

For orders valued at $75 and under, at minimum, USPS Priority Shipping is required to protect your order with live arrival guarantee.

For orders valued over $75, it's recommended to secure live arrival guaranteed by choosing UPS 2-Day Air or faster. This option provides a faster delivery time and includes a live arrival guarantee, giving you peace of mind that your shipment will arrive safely and on time.

For orders valued over $125, it's recommended to secure live arrival guaranteed by choosing expedited shipping. Overnight shipping is it provides the fastest delivery time and the highest level of protection for your shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Zander's Pods, we strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure our customers and their pets are satisfied with their purchases. While we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, we have a specific policy in place to ensure fair treatment for everyone involved.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds when a photo is provided within 30 minutes of delivery. This helps us ensure that the product was indeed delivered and allows us to verify the issue at hand. Additionally, we offer replacements if you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements if our shipping policy is not followed.
